Honey Soy Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken tenders
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 5 tablespoons honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper salt and pepper to taste, if need

Directions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • 2. Line a 9×11″ pan with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  • 3. Place the chicken tenders on top of the foil-lined pan.
  • 4. In a medium bowl, mix together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and salt and pepper if needed.
  • 5. Flip the chicken over, then continue to bake for 15-20 more minutes.
  • 6. Remove from over and serve with white rice and stir-fry vegetables.
